3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. Services must be paid in full before work begins. All prices are listed in AUD.
4. Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround time is 1–2 business days unless stated otherwise. This may vary depending on workload and service type.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing:
- Accurate and up-to-date career information
- Any required documents such as resumes or job links
- Clarification or additional details when requested
6. Revisions
Most packages include revisions for 7 days after delivery. Revisions must relate to the original scope of work. Major rewrites or new documents may require additional fees.
7. Refund Policy
Resume writing is a custom service. Once work begins, refunds are generally not provided. If you have concerns, we encourage you to contact us so we can resolve the issue.
8. Intellectual Property
All documents created by ITCV Writers are for your personal career use only. Our templates and structures may not be resold, redistributed or replicated commercially.
9. Liability
While we provide professional guidance, we cannot guarantee job placement, interview outcomes or hiring decisions.
